CoachU2Assess

Momentum Coaching Alliance incorporates the following assessment tools to help individuals and teams learn about and enhance their leadership styles. If you are interested in learning more about any of these assessments or would like to have an assessment performed, please contact us for more information.

Behavior + Personality + Perception = YOUR Leadership Style

Behavioral Assessment using “DiSC Personal Profile System”

DiSC Dimensions of Behavior provides a nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioral issues across four primary dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientousness. DiSC PPS is a multi-level learning instrument that provides detailed, personalized information to help both individuals and teams apply DiSC learning immediately. The feedback covers a broad range of behavioral characteristics, including behavioral strengths and weaknesses, motivating and demotivating factors, and management styles.

Personality Assessment using “The Workplace Big Five Profile”

The Workplace Big Five Profile (WB5P) was developed by Pierce J. Howard, Ph.D., and Jane Mitchell Howard, M.B.A., of the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies specifically for use in the workplace. The language of the test and the reports is oriented exclusively for workplace issues, and includes such behaviors as supervision, meetings, coaching, sales, and the like.

Perception Assessment using “Life Styles Inventory” from Human Synergistics

The Life Styles Inventory is appropriate for individuals at any level in the organization and is administered as a part of The Leadership Advantage program, the Team Effectiveness Workshop, and as the re-assessment in the Leadership During Transition program. The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) provides invaluable information that can motivate, guide, and track the progress of self-development initiatives. How we see ourselves is not always the same as how others see us. This 360-degree assessment provides a well-rounded view of how an individual's behavior is perceived in the workplace and how it affects performance. The LSI will help individuals identify gaps in how they see themselves and how others see them. These gaps may represent important areas for development.

Additional assessments are offered as dictated by client specific goals.
