"I believe everyone has what it takes to succeed once you have the awareness of what's possible! Having a dream is essential, along with the knowledge, skills and determination to get there, and then giving yoruself time to practice. What drives me is a passion for seeing my clients stretch and reach their goals by believing in themselves and applying their own unique talents and experiences. I am dedicated to supporting my clients by keeping them engaged, motivated, and enthused in discovering their full potential in a non-threatening environment and helping them build a momentum for their own lasting success." – Dawn Leitner

Kelley brings a personal and practical balance to developing others that honors their authentic self, talents, and passions and combines it with focused techniques to create positive, lasting behavioral change. Her coaching is focused on reducing the "noise" of the client by drawing out key priorities and co-creating an action plan to achieve predetermined benchmarks for success and promoting the "life leadership" of the client by supporting them in evaluating career and personal decisions that align with their long range goals; and then following through on implementation. Kelley believes that for clients ready to do the work, coaching offers a chance to step out of the hurried pace of daily life, reconnect with who they are and what they truly want, and return to life with a clearer mind and strategy to succeed on their own terms.
